Barry Katz chaired the meeting.

The latest component_section.txt is needs to be put up on the web site.
Barry continued to review the updated documentation he wrote for the
Component section of the IBIS Quality checklist. The intention of level 
2a is correlation to simulation (not necessarily spice). For a package 
model this means correlation to a field solver. Level 2b is correlation 
to bench. There are techniques and/or references in IBIS accuracy handbook.

AR - Barry and Bob update and post component section.

We walked through Model section document. Lynne informed Bob that she 
would not be able to attend, and we agreed to either provide updates or 
update the document. The first part of the document is duplication from 
the IQ_2_0_general_header.txt and will be removed.  The diff pin section 
is already covered in the component section and will be removed. Table 
of check of model_type vs IV curves should be added. Ccomp was reworded, 
and additional recommendations to add Ccomp Input versus Output if 
significantly different (as comments). Need to add level checks for Ccomp.

AR: Kim to obtain range of Ccomp values IBIS parser checks.

IBIS 4.0 allows Ccomp to be specified for power and gnd clamps,pullup 
and pulldowns. So Ccomp can be handled and checked more elegantly with 
models conforming to IBIS 4.0 specification.  This needs to be added to 
the documentation.

We neglected to inform the distribution list about Daylight savings time .
